※ The special conference rates are valid only for stays from October 20 to October 23, 2026. Additional nights before or after this period will be charged at the hotel’s standard room rates. Participants wishing to extend their stay should contact the hotel directly to arrange additional reservations.

※ All room reservations are subject to availability. As the conference dates approach, the number of rooms allocated to conference participants may become limited.

※ Participants may also choose to stay at other nearby hotels. However, special conference rates are available only at the Official Conference Hotel.
