A limited number of rooms have been reserved for conference participants at the Official Conference Hotels for the period of October 20–23, 2026. Demand for accommodation during the conference period is expected to be very high. Participants are strongly encouraged to make their reservations as early as possible.
※ All reservations, modifications, and cancellations must be made directly with the hotel. Please refer to each hotel’s official website for its cancellation policy.
※ Reservations should be made through the hotel’s official website. To receive the special conference rate, please indicate that you are an APMF 2026 participant when making your reservation.
※ Payment can be made directly to the hotel by cash or credit card.
※ All room rates are quoted per room, per night, and include breakfast and VAT. The rates listed below are special rates exclusively for APMF 2026 participants.
※ All room reservations are subject to availability. The number of rooms allocated for conference participants will gradually decrease as the conference dates approach.
※ Participants can also use other nearby hotels according to their preferences. However, except for the ‘Official Conference Hotel’, special rates are not supported.
